Its called Telson and the 3D screen can be seen without the need for any special glasses; here’s a low res pic of this concept device, by the way I doubt the photo does this screen any justice:

Typical are the specs, with a 4.3” display showing 800×480 resolution, 30 or 60Gig hard drive, 512MB RAM, with a VIA C7-M running at 1.2Ghz and Windows XP as the OS.
